We are able to do both supply and install jobs. Supply is easier all around where you, as the customer, come pick up the product, or the product is delivered to you if it is a sufficiently big enough order.
For installation we have a dedicated group of installation experts from Forhomes Ltd. who specialize in not just patio door installations but the complete external envelope of your home or project.

This varies tremendously in both cases for all of our products. For supply only it can be anywhere between 2-6 weeks if a standard order, sooner if day of, 7 weeks+ for a custom order, and installation(s) often occur within a week of us receiving the product.

This is very variable and all depends on the scope of the project. Most installations for a single patio door system can take 4 hours whereas some installations for a full envelope of your home can take up to 3/4 days.

many of our products are sourced by a multitude of different companies including but not exclusively: Novatech, Martin Wood, Aluplast, Aluprof, Euro Vinyl, Sunview. There are quite a lot of them.

We have specific warranties for almost each product, the warranty is much more potent when it is us doing the installation.
